EXCHANGE AND REFUND

RETURN & EXCHANGE

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of its delivery date. We will process your return within 48 working hours and proceed to:

- An exchange in goods of an equivalent amount (excluding delivery costs and bank charges)
- The creation of a voucher for an amount equivalent to that of your product (excluding delivery costs and bank charges), valid for a period of six months from its date of issue
- The refund of the amount of your purchase (excluding delivery costs and bank charges)

In all cases, credit notes or refunds may not exceed the amount of the initial purchase concerning only the product.

RETURN OF AN ARTICLE

In accordance with the law, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days to return the product(s) ordered on www.alanneb.fr without having to justify the reason.

This period runs from the date of delivery of the goods indicated by the postal services. This right is exercised by returning the product(s), only the transport costs related to the return of the product remain your responsibility.

Unless otherwise specified by us and in special cases, requests for exchanges or returns made beyond this period will be systematically refused.

If you exercise your withdrawal period, ALANNEB.FR undertakes to reimburse you the sums paid as soon as possible upon receipt of your return and this within a maximum period of 14 days. The refund will be made according to the method of payment that was chosen when ordering.

RETURN PROCEDURE

In order to facilitate the processing of your return, we ask that you contact ALANNB customer service by email at contact@alanneb-bijoux.fr. Items must be returned new and in their original packaging with all accessories delivered including labels. Please clearly indicate your name, order and/or invoice number as well as the mention "exchange", "purchase voucher" or "refund" according to your choice.

Return costs are your responsibility. Sending back by “colissimo” or “tracked mail” is recommended (keep the proof of your shipment carefully, mentioning the tracking number and the date of shipment). It is up to you whether or not to insure the returned goods. AlanneB cannot be held responsible for the loss of your returned merchandise.
